Resilient Fitness is a great workout place. What makes it so awesome is the trainers. First of all, each and everyone of them are so motivating and on top of it they realize that we are all at different levels of fitness. So to them, it is more important doing the exercise correctly with the correct form, then just doing reps. They are there to help you each step of the way while giving you encouraging words. They listen to your goals, and they try to assist you in reaching those goals, and they celebrate when you do hit those goals. It is a 30 minute workout, what are you waiting for?
