At Resilient Fitness, we make it fun — and our coaches want to get to know you and help you achieve your short and long-term personal fitness goals. We welcome ALL levels of fitness––whether it's your first time at a gym or you're 1000th time. We understand that everyone starts somewhere, and we strive to make you feel comfortable on your fitness journey.

Our building is shared with two sister companies: Parilis Fitness and Las Cruces Weightlifting. We love sharing our space and equipment with our sister organizations. They are family to us too. Many clients decide to try both Paralis and Resilient workouts. If you are interested in trying Paralis, send us a message here or through our Contact page.

our workouts

Our 30-minute, trainer-led, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes offer a quick but effective workout to individuals on-the-go. If members want more than just one workout, they can attend as many classes in a single day as they want. All memberships come with unlimited class privileges. HIIT classes are offered Monday through Thursday and one class on Saturday mornings. Open gym is offered on Friday mornings from 7-9am. what to expect for a typical HIIT class

Resilient offers 30-minute, trainer-led High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes to help you achieve your personal fitness goals. Monday-Thursday classes will emphasize one of these four areas of the body: upper body, lower body, cardio/abs, or full-body. The workout will be written on the white board at the back of the gym, and the coach will go over all exercises and let you know what equipment is needed before class starts.

 

We have a strict class start-time, so please arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure you have all necessary equipment (and the right weights for you) before the workout begins. If you have any questions about what weight to use, ask your coach. We have all equipment that will be needed for the workout. The coach will start you off with a warm-up, and then will transition into the main exercises of focus for that day. The classes are fast-moving and focus on repetition of exercises to build your strength and stamina. The coach will walk around the gym, giving words of encouragement and monitoring form of the exercises. We challenge our clients to keep moving throughout the workout and try their best to avoid taking breaks. 

 

The final 4-5 minutes of the class is referred to as the "finisher" and the coach will guide you through the exercises involved for this portion. These last 4-5 minutes of class are crucial for building strength and burning those final calories. Once the class ends, the coach will walk you through some stretches. After that, we ask that you spray and wipe down your equipment so that it will be clean for the next class. 
 

open gym

We offer open gym every Friday morning from 7-9am. We provide an optional workout for clients on Fridays, but clients are welcome to use any equipment we have available to do their own individual workout.

Booty Camp: Running 4 consecutive Saturdays in a month, our Booty Camp is strength focused and designed to target your glutes! If you’re interested in building a stronger, rounder, perkier booty- this camp is for you! Along with the 4, 45 minute trainer led booty classes, you will also be assigned booty building homework assignments twice a week to help facilitate booty gains! This program comes with a set of resistance bands!

Abs Camp: Running 4 consecutive Saturdays in a month, our Abs Camp is strength focused and designed to specifically target your midline AKA those ABS! Our Abs camp is designed to burn your abs, facilitating a stronger, more stable core! Along with the 4, 45 minute trainer led abs classes, you will also be assigned homework assignments twice a week- get ready for your core to be set ON FIRE with this camp! 

Suns Out, Guns Out: Running 4 consecutive Saturdays in a month, our Suns Out Guns Out camp is strength focused and includes 4, 45 minute trainer led strength training sessions focusing on building upper body strength! Shoulders, biceps, triceps, you name it, this camp works them all! Along with the 4, 45 minute trainer led sessions you will also be assigned upper body focused homework assignments twice a week to help facilitate toned, STRONG arms!
